What are your parking procedures?
Parking is included in the price of each ticket and is available for all ticketholders of Riverbend Music Center and PNC Pavilion events. Parking is available in surrounding lots by entering Gate 1, Gate 2 and Gate 4 at Coney Island, and Gate 6, Gate 7, and Gate 8 at Belterra Park. Parking lots will open 2 hours before Door Time unless otherwise specified. Please check the event page of your event for more information.
Accessible parking is available in all lots. Parking attendants at each gate will direct patrons to the appropriate locations. Patrons looking for the closest accessible parking spaces should enter Gate 2.
Patrons arriving in buses, Class B and Class C recreational will be directed to park in Lot 9 across from Gate 2 / The Coney Island Main Gate. Class A recreational vehicles are not allowed in Lot 9 and are recommended to park at East Fork State Park. Patrons can be dropped off in Lot 9 by the driver and then directed to park by parking staff. Parking is first come, first served until the lot is filled. Bus & Camper Parking at Lot 9 will open 2 hours before Door Time unless otherwise specified.
Patrons must have the appropriate pass to access the Season Ticket Parking Lot located at Gate 5.

Are concerts all ages?
Unless otherwise noted, every concert at Riverbend Music Center & PNC Pavilion are all ages.
Does the venue serve alcohol?
A wide array of beverages from beer to mixed drinks are available at the concession stands. To view the location of concession stands, please view our Venue Map.
Do I need to bring my ID to buy alcohol?
Each customer’s ID is checked before each alcohol purchase. Alcohol will not be served if the picture on the ID doesn’t match the person attempting to purchase. No vertical or expired driver’s licenses will be accepted. The venue reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone at any time.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Riverbend Music Center and PNC Pavilion are fully equipped with ADA accessible entrances and seating. Patrons must specify if they need ADA, hearing-impaired, or visually-impaired seating at the time of ticket purchase. A ticket will be sold in the designated ADA section on a best available basis. ADA tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com or at the venue box office during operating hours.
Chairs in the ADA areas have the following measurements: 33 ½ inches tall, 18 in wide and 17 from front to back of the seat.

Are service animals allowed in the venue?
Service animals covered under ADA Regulations are allowed in the Riverbend Music Center and PNC Pavilion. Pets & other animals are prohibited from all events.

Am I allowed to record a performance?
Audio & video recording devices are not permitted in the venue.

Do you accept cash and credit cards?
Yes, we accept both cash and credit cards at all our concessions stands. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I bring a poster, banner, or sign into the venue?
Posters, banners, or signs larger than 8.5” x 11” are not allowed in the venues.
What size bag/purse is allowed into the venue?
No backpacks, large totes, or oversized bags are allowed in the venue. Small purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed. All guests entering the venue are subject to a bag inspection conducted by the venue’s security personnel.
Can I bring my camera to the venue?
Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed in the venue. Digital cameras, disposable cameras, and small cameras that fit in a men’s shirt pocket are allowed.
If a show is cancelled, how do I get a refund?
Refunds are available at point of purchase.

Does the venue serve food?
Patrons can order a selection of snacks at concession stands including but not limited to Skyline Chili and Graeter's ice cream. To see location of concession stands, please view our Venue Map.

What is your inclement weather policy?
All events are rain or shine, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of rain. In the event of severe weather during a concert, alerts and instructions will be given via the venue social media pages.
Where do I submit a media inquiry?
All media requests must be submitted on behalf of an accredited media outlet. We do not allow freelance submissions. Please email info@memi.biz for more information on how to submit a media inquiry.
Do I have to walk through a metal detector before I enter the venue?
All guests entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening by way of magnetometer, visual inspection, and/or bag inspection conducted by venue security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.
How early can I line up for a concert?
You may line up outside the Riverbend Music Center & PNC Pavilion Main Gate entrance up to one hour before door time.
Does the venue have a lost & found?

Where do I park?
Riverbend Music Center and PNC Pavilion utilize Coney Island's parking lots for all events. Please follow the parking attendants' instructions when arriving at the venue. To view a map of the parking lots, click here.
What is your re-entry policy?
There is no re-entry for all events at Riverbend Music Center & PNC Pavilion.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds are given with the exception of cancelled or rescheduled concerts. All sales are final. Date, times, and artists are subject to change without notice.
Where do I wait for a rideshare?
All patrons utilizing Uber, Lyft, or any other ridesharing service must wait in the Rideshare Lane in the parking lot in Lot 9 across from the Coney Island Gate 2 (corner of Kellogg Avenue and Sutton Road). To view a map of the Rideshare lane, click here.
If you are picking up a patron, please utilize the pull off lane at the Coney Island Gate 2 and direct the patron you are picking up to meet you there.
Am I allowed to bring water into a concert?
Patrons are allowed 4 (unfrozen) factory sealed water bottles for events. Alternatively, patrons can bring in soft, empty, squeezable plastic water bottles. Cups and bottles can be filled up at the ICON Property Water Filling Stations located on the concourse. Please note, the concert you are attending may require you to pour your water bottles into cups. Please refer to your specific event page on the day of show for pour policies. Canned water is prohibited.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not permitted in seated areas of the venue, restrooms, VIP areas, or while waiting in lines at entry gates, concession stands, merchandise stands and box office. This includes tobacco and electronic cigarettes.
Do you have parking for buses, campers, and RVs?
There are parking spaces available for buses, Class B and Class C recreational vehicles in Lot 9 across from the Coney Island Main Gate, labeled in green on this map. Class A recreational vehicles are not allowed in Lot 9 and are recommended to park at East Fork State Park. Patrons can be dropped off in Lot 9 by the driver and then directed to park by parking staff. Please listen all directions from the parking staff.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children under 5 are admitted free on the lawn when accompanied by a paying adult. For pavilion seating, all guests age 2 and older must have a ticket. Children under the age of 2 must remain seated on the ticket holder’s lap. Please note: Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra events do not follow this policy.
Is there a campground near Riverbend Music Center & PNC Pavilion?
Yes. You can reserve electric & non-electric campground sites at East Fork State Park here.
Where should I drop off / pick up patrons attending a concert?
Drivers should use the pull off lane on Kellogg Avenue in front of Gate 2 to drop patrons off. If there is a lot of pedestrian or vehicle traffic, drivers will be brought into Gate 2 to drop off patrons and then sent out of Gate 1 via a connecting road next to Lake Como.
