IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE WARREN HAYNES BAND CONCERT

• THE WARREN HAYNES BAND & THE DREAMS AND SONGS SYMPHONIC EXPERIENCE will begin at 8:00PM.
• Patrons will be allowed to bring in up to four 33.8 fl oz factory sealed bottles of water. Squeezable, soft plastic water bottles that are empty will also be allowed (please note that non-squeezable plastic water bottles will not be allowed). In addition, there will be free ICON Water Refill Stations on site, as well as multiple Carrier Misting Stations.
• If you have Mobile ticket(s), make sure to download your ticket(s) prior to arriving at the venue. To download your mobile ticket(s) to your phone, go to "My Events" in the Ticketmaster App and select "Add To Wallet" (on iPhone) or "Save To Phone" (on Android). With your ticket open on your phone, tap your phone to the event staff's scanner during entry.
• Parking lots will open at 4:30PM for The Warren Haynes Band concert.
• There will be a Pre-Show Cookout from 6:30pm-7:45pm located at the Party Plaza on the west end of the property. Patrons will be treated to their choice of 2 Entrée Items (Brat, Mett, or Hot Dog) served with a snack from General Mills (Beverages not included).

• Please allow extra time for metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by PNC Pavilion security personnel. Any bag/purse larger than 12"x12" will not be permitted. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.

The one-of-a-kind concert experience will travel to Cincinnati, OH for a performance at PNC Pavilion on Sunday, July 28.

The Now Is The Time Tour featuring The Warren Haynes Band & The Dreams and Songs Symphonic Experience features two sets of symphonic music plus a third set of Haynes’ signature rock/soul blend alongside the debut of the new Warren Haynes Band. All shows will be conducted by Rich Daniels of Chicago’s City Lights Orchestra, leading locally sourced orchestras in each market. The brand-new show will explore all aspects of Warren’s incredible catalog and career including music from Gov’t Mule, Allman Brothers Band, The Dead, Jerry Garcia, his solo albums, and more set to never-before heard arrangements for all songs, except the Garcia tunes which will find Haynes revisiting compositions from the groundbreaking Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration tour. Accompanying Warren Haynes (vocals, guitar) for the new 2024 incarnation of the Warren Haynes Band will be longtime friend and famed keyboardist John Medeski (most notably known as one-third of the groundbreaking trio Medeski, Martin & Wood), Gov’t Mule bassist Kevin Scott, and returning WHB member and two-time Grammy Award-winning drummer Terence Higgins, recognized for his work with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Ani DiFranco and others.

The Now Is The Time Tour featuring The Warren Haynes Band & The Dreams and Songs Symphonic Experience follows the hugely popular Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration, which featured 30 total shows throughout 2013-2016. The beloved production provided Warren the opportunity to interpret and celebrate the music of Jerry Garcia and ultimately served as inspiration to create his own symphonic event. In March 2019, Haynes, who is currently nominated for Blues Rock Artist at the 2024 Blues Music Awards, first premiered his show “Dreams & Songs – A Symphonic Journey” to rave reviews with two sold-out shows with the Asheville Symphony Orchestra in Warren’s hometown of Asheville, NC.
