OFFICIAL RULES
TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Contestants shall drop their non-winning Instant tickets in the Register-To-Win box located within the Guest Information Center at Riverbend Music Center, between June 1, 2009 and September 10, 2009. Contestants must write their full name, address and phone on the back of each such entry. Contestants may also submit or mail a 3x5 index card with full name, address and phone number to Riverbend Music Center, 6295 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 43230, Attn: Second Chance Ohio Lottery Promotion. One (1) winner will be selected at each applicable concert (shows to be determined/selected by Riverend Music Center.) to receive one voucher for 2 lawn seat tickets to a future Riverbend show (“Prize”). Illegible entries are void. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted. Riverbend Music Center, the Ohio Lottery Commission and their respective agents, employees, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail or entries. All materials submitted become the property of the Ohio Lottery Commission and Riverbend Music Center (“Sponsors”) and will not be returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be held approximately two (2) weeks prior to the eligible concert. Prize Winner will be notified by telephone. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL RULES: Employees of Riverbend Music Center, Officers and/or Employees of Sponsors, their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, or any blood relative or spouse of such an Officer or Employee living as a member of the Officer’s or Employee’s household are not eligible to enter this promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Any federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Prize Winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their agencies to use the Prize Winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Further, by accepting the Prize, Prize Winner agrees to hold Sponsors (Riverbend Music Center and Ohio Lottery), their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of the Prize. Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any Prize. By participating in this promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. This event is conducted solely by Riverbend Music Center.
