Hello all! So if you couldn’t predict it, Jimmy Buffett sold out yesterday in a record setting 6 minutes! Congrats to all of you who were there at 10am and got your tickets! May is early, but honestly, I don’t think there’s a better city to make even an early date AMAZING. I think we could have Buffett here in December and you all would still show up in grass skirts and crazy hats drinking margaritas on the side of Kellogg Ave. Although, let’s hope we never get a December date.

We’ve got Dave Matthews Band going on sale this Friday, February 26, at 10am! The show will be June 15 and it’s sure to be a big show too, so be sure to get your tickets early! Click HERE to purchase.

This Sunday, February 28, is also the last day to get your Country Megatickets. They go off sale that night at 10pm. Don’t miss your chance to attend seven awesome country shows at a 20-25% discount! Also, you can add the B105 Mega Club access which gets you in a private entrance and access to a private area with a bar, concessions, entertainment, and more! Hello all! Just a quick update, if you haven’t already heard…Jimmy Buffett will be back to Riverbend on May 17th! Tickets go on sale next Monday, February 22, at 10am! You know they will go fast so be sure to get there right at 10! Hopefully this is a warm, reassuring thought to help get you through all this snow!

Hello all! So in addition to some concert announcements coming in the next few weeks (trust me, there are some GOOD ones) we will have a brand new website next week! The new site will feature a new, clean design, several schedule viewing options (calendar view, printable calendar, and a larger detailed listing), and enhanced event detail pages. The new event detail pages will feature more artist photos, video, and even music clips. We’re working on getting the last minute bugs fixed but it should be coming to you very soon!

Also, in the next few months we’re going to add in a whole “community” section to riverbend.org. This section will let you all be able to create a user name and profile. Once you log in you can register to win prizes and tickets to shows via our Street Team, you can RSVP and invite friends to events, upload your own photos from shows, write reviews, and there will also be an iPhone app! This section is still very much under construction, but we hope by the time we have some shows, this section and the iPhone app will be ready for you to use!

Feel free to comment with any suggestions that you think would be fun for this interactive “community” section and we’ll definitely try to work them in! I’ll let you know when the new site is up and please stay tuned the next few weeks for some great announcements!
